Goal of the week!

First off, Selamat Hari Raya to all the Muslims celebrating Hari Raya! Have a safe trip home and back. Have a wonderful time celebrating too!

Anyway, time for the entry of the day. I’m not gonna talk about any sports goals, I don’t watch ’em, I only read ’em, so I can’t tell you how fantastic a goal was… Besides, I’m not talking about that kinda goals… I’m talking ’bout those long term goals, mid-term goals, short term goals etc… like the 5 year plan, 10 year plan, 1 month plan, etc…. For me, it’s a 1 week plan.

For 1-week, I will try and conciously practice a good posture sitting, standing and whatever that is related to having good posture. Ok I’m starting Monday to make it a week… Ok. So good posture! Easy to say, hard to implement.

Anyway, life’s been good so far. No stress as yet, still chilling, comfortable job, though not very challenging yet maybe?, seems like something is wrong…. hmmm… hmmm….  …. …. …. ……….  hmmm….. I honestly have no idea what I want. Yikes! They seem to have a lot of faith in me though, accepting me graciously, treating me as if I’ve been there for eons… ok maybe not so long. The people are friendly and nice. They like gossiping but being females, who doesn’t like a good gossip? hahaha…. The environment is open enough, though I would prefer it if the windows didn’t have blinds. It would be so much nicer. The filing cabinets would be great if they weren’t blocking the windows…. what a shame. Move it elsewhere! Ooops, no place.

Apart from that, I realise I do have a hobby. A hobby in entering contests. Hahaha… Of course it’s not stamp collecting or shopping or watching movies, but entering contests brings me a fair bit of joy… *I hope*. There’s the mystery, the anxious waiting, the “OH MY GOD!!! I’VE WON!!!???” moment, which would then lead to “Is this real? Are you kidding me? This must be a joke.” moments, which would eventually lead to “Hell yeah! I won! Gosh AM I lucky/ talented!” moment. Plus there is a reward if you win, if you didn’t win, oh well let’s go on to the next one. So it’s good if I win, but it doesn’t matter if I don’t either. Hey it’s free. It’s the organizers right to give it to whoever they want *fairly mind you*. Of course there would be the “Cis! Why can’t it be me!” moments, but it’ll pass.

Anyway, anyone care to join me in acheving the goal of the week together? It’s simple enough. Soon U’ll go wonderful posture. Hahahah… Anyway, time to sign off and erm… do some other stuff….

Cheerios!

Oh those wonderful times

The title makes me sound old… as if I’m reminiscing about something so long gone and forgotten and suddenly crept up into my mind and “oh my” what a wonderful image!

Anyway.. enough of me babbling. Before I officially graduated (convocation) we *Housemates, I and a college mate* made our way to NZ amidst the H1N1 Hoo-Hah! Boy was it a wonderful trip. Did amazing things that I actually never thought of wanting to do until we planned to go, saw scenery that I never knew could be so darn real but it looks so fake! had various issues here and there, some biggies and maybe a few small ones which makes it even more memorable.

I will never forget the time when we missed the all important bus to Christchurch. I won’t miss the last night in Christchurch too… when the “bells” were ringing oh so loudly. Boy must I say that the natural water features(ie lakes, rivers…) are unbelievable. There are the muddy rivers, brown murky, the cleaner rivers, greenish plus a little hint of brown, the clean ones bluish green and there are the NZ rivers. As pure as can be. As blue as it gets. It looks so darn inviting. Can I please take a dip?

And the STARS!!! Oh my goodness gracious me! I have never seen so many stars lighting up the sky before. The sky was practically filled with stars! AMAZING really. We could actually see Jupiter! Wow….

Anyway… I had chosen a couple of nice pictures for awhile now… just didn’t upload it. Anyway… Ta-DA!

Ah…. what lovely memories… most of the pictures were from Tekapo, cause that was the only place where we had time to hang around and chill out. The other days were packed with activities… Unforgettable activities really…

Anyway, hope my dear beloved readers like the pictures… Cheerios now. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

The more people ask me about my job, the more I feel that “this is not what I want”.

Is it wrong to give myself/ the job 3 months for a better feel of the job?

Will I be stuck here, in a job that I have given only slighly more than a week to “enjoy”?

Is it wrong to want to feel challenged by something?

The job doesn’t even need me to be a graduate. I would say that I could do it even after SPM. Honestly speaking.

Am I not meant to like a job?

I want a career. Not a job.

This doesn’t seem like a good start.

Looks like I’m truly in a rut.
